One address, read by the people who write this site. There is no support desk and no ticket number — but there is somebody at the other end.
HobbyHQ is a small editorial project rather than a company with a support team. We read everything. We cannot promise to reply to everything, and we will not reply quickly to anything that is not a correction or a rights question.
Something on a page is wrong. Please use the corrections page instead. It is not a formality — it assembles which page, which claim and what the source actually says, and a report with those three things is one we can act on the same day. A paragraph in an email usually is not.
A privacy question or request. What we collect and what we do not is set out on the privacy page, along with the controls for changing your mind. If you want to ask about any of it, or exercise a right you have where you live, write to us at the address above and say so.
Something is unusable. A page that breaks with a screen reader, at 200% zoom, or on a keyboard is broken and we would rather hear about it than not. Our current position and known gaps are on the accessibility page.
Licensing, reuse or republication. What you may do with our text is set out in the terms. For anything beyond quoting with attribution and a link, ask first.
You run a club, a governing body or a manufacturer we have described. If we have got your sport, your rules or your product wrong, tell us — this is the mail we most want to receive. We are editorially independent and will not remove an accurate assessment because it is unflattering, but an inaccurate one is a mistake, and we will correct it.
Personal advice. We cannot tell you whether a particular bike fits you, whether a climb is within your ability, or whether an activity is safe for your health. Those answers depend on things a website does not know, and getting them wrong is how somebody gets hurt. The right people are a fitter, an instructor, a coach or a doctor.
Product support. We do not sell anything and we have no relationship with the manufacturers we describe. If a product is faulty, the retailer or the maker is the only route that leads anywhere.
Advertising and partnerships. The site is editorially independent and no assessment on it is for sale. Any commercial placement is arranged centrally by HEKNO and is kept away from editorial judgement entirely; there is nothing for us to negotiate.
